Psychotherapy with Reiki Mindfulness is a combination of verbal therapy with Reiki-infused mindfulness techniques. This combination allows challenges, stress, and past experiences to be addressed in a more embodied way. The session begins with talk therapy wherein the client's issues are discussed and thoughts and feelings are explored. Reiki mindfulness is then utilized through guided meditation, grounding exercises, and hands-off distance Reiki.
